The website is delivered through Vercel. When you visit, information including your IP address, time of access, requested address, referrer, browser and device details may be processed in server and security logs.
This processing is used to deliver the website securely and without errors. Retention and any further processing depend on operational needs, legal obligations and our agreements with the service provider.
When you submit the contact form, we process your name, email address, message and any optional company details so that we can answer your enquiry and handle related questions.
The form is submitted through a server function. Enquiries are stored in the Supabase database used for this website. An email notification is sent server-side through EmailJS. We do not use the data for other purposes unless there is a separate legal basis for doing so.
Required fields are necessary for us to process the enquiry. You may leave optional fields blank.
We use Google Analytics 4 after you consent to analytics. Following a separate marketing consent, Google Ads and Meta Pixel may be loaded to attribute advertisements, page views and enquiries to a campaign.
Google Consent Mode v2 starts analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization as denied. The relevant code is only loaded after your choice. Meta's server-side Conversions API may also be used; only with marketing consent does it receive the same event ID for deduplication, hashed contact details and approved attribution identifiers.
When you submit an enquiry after marketing consent, UTM parameters, Google click identifiers (GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID), Meta's click identifier (FBCLID), landing page and referrer may be stored with the lead. Your choice is kept in local storage and can be changed at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
Essential storage may be required for security and form functions to work. Analytics and marketing consents are voluntary, can be selected separately and are not required to use the website or submit an enquiry.
Through the application form we process contact details, social media profiles, reach band, audience share in Germany, average views, topics, language and the optional application text. The purpose is to review creators for campaign-specific requests.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR for consent and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for initiating a collaboration. If we decline, the data is deleted after six months; during a collaboration it is kept for its duration. Details are not shared with brands without a separate campaign-specific agreement.
When you create a Google Profile Check result link, we store only the publicly visible business data shown in the result, the check time and a generated deletion key. Contact or lead data is not linked to the result URL.
The link and stored data expire automatically after 90 days. The deletion key returned when the link is created allows earlier deletion through our technical deletion endpoint. The public result link is excluded from search-engine indexing.
Where the legal requirements are met, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, email info@ozycore.de.
