Are the details I enter already binding?
No. They help us prepare. We then confirm the rooms, access, capture effort and timing with you personally.
Does my business have to close during the capture?
No. We place the slot in a quiet period and work room by room so that trading can continue.
How long does the capture take?
Up to one hundred square metres usually one to two hours. Larger areas take proportionally longer, which we clarify in advance.
Where does the tour become visible?
In your Google Business Profile and on your website. You receive both versions after approval.
Do you work outside Rhein-Main?
Yes. Outside Rhine-Main we review availability and travel individually and agree both with you in advance.
