A recipe with the product as an ingredient
A dish that does not work without the product explains the benefit better than any product description. Such posts also get saved and pulled up again at the next shop.
With food it is not awareness that decides, it is whether someone recognises the product on the shelf during their next shop and puts it in the basket.
Turkish food brands arrive in Germany with an advantage almost nobody uses: part of the audience already knows the brand from the country of origin and needs no introduction, only the information about where to buy it here. That exact information is missing from most campaigns. Without naming the point of sale you create demand nobody can serve, and retail sees no sell-through to justify a listing. The second point concerns usage. A product that is self-evident in its home market is often used differently here, or not at all. Showing the packaging sells nothing; showing the use does.

02
A short note about which chain and which aisle closes the gap between interest and purchase. Without it a large share of the effect simply evaporates.
03
Where a product simplifies a known preparation, the direct comparison is the strongest argument. What matters is that the comparison stays fair and does not artificially misrepresent the alternative.
04
Public holidays, fasting periods and family occasions shift demand considerably. Campaigns running before those windows land on shopping lists that are being written right then.
05
The same footage can be used in ads, in retail conversations and at the shelf. This multiple use changes the cost calculation of a campaign considerably.

Audience, region and the next measurable step.

Proposals with real figures instead of gut feeling.

Briefing, production, approval and publication with a clear plan of responsibility.
04
Reach, engagement and enquiries in the report. Learnings go into the next campaign.
Profiles that already show recipes need no topic switch. Their audience expects ingredients and reads a recommendation as part of the format.
Where a product is only available in certain regions, reach has to match. National campaigns for a regional listing mainly produce frustration.
Someone shopping for several people talks about quantity, price and shelf life. Those are exactly the questions actually decided in front of the shelf.
Where retail data is available we compare the period against a reference period. Without that comparison the effect of a campaign in retail cannot be evidenced.
A rise in brand searches is the fastest early indicator, because it happens before the purchase and is available independently of retail data.
Messages asking where to buy the product are a direct signal of demand without distribution. That number belongs in every retail conversation.
We record which material additionally runs in ads or at the point of sale. That materially changes the cost per used asset.
Information about food is regulated at European level and must not mislead. Alongside general information requirements, special rules apply to nutrition and health claims and to price information in retail.
Note: general orientation under European food information and health claims rules, not legal advice. Permitted product statements are supplied in writing by the manufacturer before production starts.

Apply nowWithout a listing or your own shop a campaign creates demand with no way to buy. A smaller campaign as evidence for the retail conversation makes more sense then.
If the benefit can only be explained through a health-related claim, the first question is whether that claim is permitted at all. That is not a creative topic.
Through brand search, availability enquiries and, where it exists, your own online shop. These signals do not replace sell-through data but are enough to decide whether a larger campaign makes sense.
As a rule no. Prices differ by chain and change more often than the post stays online. A wrong price creates complaints at the shelf that nobody can do anything about.
Rarely. With food, recognition at the shelf decides, and recognition comes from repetition. Several posts inside the same period work considerably better than a single one with large reach.
The formats and metrics above describe how we work. They are not performance promises or evidence of previous OzyCore campaigns. Permitted product statements remain the manufacturer's responsibility. Status: August 2026.
